What you will do

  • Execute Outbound: Relentlessly hunt new business via Cold Calls, Sales Nav, and Lemlist to crack the DACH Mittelstand.
  • Close the Deal: Own the full sales cycle from "Hello" to contract signature—you sell outcomes (Free Cash Flow), not features.
  • Optimize & Feedback: Constantly tweak your pitch based on data and feed critical market insights back to the Product team.

What you bring

  • Native German: You negotiate fluently with a traditional Geschäftsführer, while speaking English with our tech team.
  • Hunter DNA: Proven B2B outbound experience. You don't wait for leads; you pick up the phone and create them.
  • Builder Mindset: You thrive in early-stage chaos ("Code > Slides") and can sell complex AI without using empty buzzwords.
