Looking for a B2B Sales Hunter (DACH) to close high-ticket deals in Mittelstand. Uncapped Commission. Remote/Hybrid/On-Site.

What you will do
- Execute Outbound: Relentlessly hunt new business via Cold Calls, Sales Nav, and Lemlist to crack the DACH Mittelstand.
- Close the Deal: Own the full sales cycle from "Hello" to contract signature—you sell outcomes (Free Cash Flow), not features.
- Optimize & Feedback: Constantly tweak your pitch based on data and feed critical market insights back to the Product team.
What you bring
- Native German: You negotiate fluently with a traditional Geschäftsführer, while speaking English with our tech team.
- Hunter DNA: Proven B2B outbound experience. You don't wait for leads; you pick up the phone and create them.
