These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Crateflow and users of our services. Our services are offered exclusively to business customers (B2B); consumer protections do not apply.

By using our services or entering into an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of your business.

Crateflow offers AI-powered inventory management solutions. The specific scope of services is described on our website or in the applicable order.

4. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information, use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, and ensure their personnel comply with these AGB.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on our website or communicated during the ordering process. Payment terms are specified at checkout or in the order. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials remain the property of Crateflow or its licensors. No rights are granted except those necessary to use the services as agreed.

8. Liability and Warranty

The services are provided “as is.” Crateflow’s liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence and, in other cases, to the amount of fees paid in the twelve (12) months before the event, except where mandatory law applies (e.g., injury to life, body, or health).

9. Term and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of material breach. You may terminate according to the agreed notice period or stop using the services; accrued fees remain payable.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Worms, Germany. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
